The least possible Venn diagram for the given statements is as shown below :

Conclusions:

I. Some bulbs being fans is a possibility → Follow (As some bulbs are switches and all fans are switches. So, as there is no direct negative or cross relation between bulbs and fans therefore some bulbs can be fans is definitely true)

II. No fan is a vase → Follow (As no switch is a vase and all fans are switches. So, as whole fans comes in switches therefore whole fans too have negative or cross relation with vase therefore it is definitely true)

III. All switches are fans → Does not follow (As all fans are switches. So, it is possible but not definitely true)

IV. No bulb is a vase → Does not follow (As some bulbs are switches and no switch is a vase. So, as there is no direct negative or cross relation between bulbs and fans therefore it is definitely false)

∴ Here, Only conclusions I and II follow.

Hence, the correct answer is "Only conclusions I and II follow".
