Given:

One side = 20 cm

Second side = 48 cm

Third side = 52 cm

Formula used:

Pythagoras theorem = (Hyopteneous)2 = (Base)2 + (Height)2

Area of triangle = 1/2 × Base × Height

Calculations:

⇒ 202 + 482 = 522

Area of triangle = 1/2 × 20 × 48

Area of triangle = 480 cm2

The answer is 480 cm2
