Calculation:

The number of students who passed in the test from School E in the year 2020 = (3 ÷ 5) × 1740 = 1044

Number of students who failed in the test from School A in the year 2021 = (6 ÷ 13) × 1508 = 696

Required Percentage = \(\dfrac{1044}{696} \) × 100 = 150%

∴ The number of students who passed in the test from School E in the year 2020 is 150% of the number of students who failed in the test from School A in the year 2021.
