Given Statements:

  1. All villages are cities.
  2. All cities are countries.
  3. No country is state.

The least possible Venn diagram for the given statements is:

Conclusion I: No city is state. (True)

Since all cities are countries and no country is a state, it directly implies that no city can be a state.

Conclusion II: All villages are countries. (True)

As all villages are cities and all cities are countries, it logically follows that all villages must also be countries.

So, both conclusions (I) and (II) follow.

Hence, the correct answer is "Option 1".
