IBPS has introduced the system of producing a handwritten declaration along with the IBPS PO application form. It is mandatory for the candidates who are applying for the IBPS PO exam to submit a handwritten declaration. The candidates must keep in mind the points given below to write the handwritten declaration :

  1. Strictly adhere to the format mentioned in the official notification.
  2. The declaration must be in your own handwriting.
  3. Candidates need to write the declaration in the English language with black ink on white paper.
  4. They must make sure to not use CAPITAL LETTERS for the handwritten declaration.
  5. The candidates must scan the handwritten declaration and save it in jpg or jpeg format.
