Explanation : 

1) E, which is sitting second from the right of D, is sitting in the second position from the Left of F

After positioning B, only one position is left which will be occupied by the only person left i.e C.

Thus, according to the question ⇒ If 'B' changes its position with 'D'.

Here, B is sitting at the fourth position from the left side of F.

Hence, "B" is the correct answer.
