BITSAT 2025 admit card was made public on May 23, 2025, for the Phase 1 exam scheduled from May 26 to May 30, 2025. How to Download BITSAT Admit Card 2025?

The BITSAT admit card was issued on May 23, 2025, for the Phase 1 exam scheduled to be held from May 26 to May 30, 2025. It is available on the admission portal of BITS Pilani for candidates who have successfully booked their exam slots. The admit card for Phase 2 exams of BITSAT 2025 will be released in June 2025, ahead of the exam scheduled from June 22 to June 26, 2025. To download the BITSAT 2025 admit card, follow the step-wise process given below.

Exam Day Instructions for BITSAT 2025

Some of the following instructions for BITSAT Exam 2025 are

• On the day of the examination, candidates must adhere to particular guidelines at the designated exam location. 
• The BITSAT Admit Card 2025 is mandatory for all applicants to bring to the exam centre.
• Along with the BITSAT Admit card 2025, valid IDs and applicants are encouraged to read them thoroughly before taking the test.
• Identification papers will be required.
• Arrive at the exam centre early (Preferably an hour before the commencement of the examination)
• Candidates should use only the specified system in the test hall.
• Those taking the test at BITS Pilani, Goa, or Hyderabad campuses may be able to stay in dormitories for a minimal fee.
• Web cameras/CCTVs are installed in all BITSAT Exam 2025 testing centres.
• The exam organisers will extensively check the identities of candidates.
• Candidates who bring forbidden items to the exam, such as mobile phones, digital calculators, pagers, textual material, and so on, will be disqualified.
• Candidates should promptly alert the exam invigilators in the hall if there is an issue with the system.
• The rough should be completed on the given sheet and handed to the invigilator before leaving the test room.

BITSAT Slot Booking 2025

The process can be completed by following the below-mentioned steps: 

Step 1: Log in with valid Registration No. – To download admit cards, candidates must complete the online slot booking process. First of all, login into your profile.

Step 2: Choose an Exam Centre – A drop-down list will be provided where candidates can select the exam centre, slot, and time. Once the candidate has booked an exam centre, it cannot be changed further.

Step 3: Choose a Test Date – After booking the exam centre, you can book the test date. The available dates will reflect on your screen from where you can pick a suitable date

Step 4: Select Test Time/Slot – In the fourth and final step, the candidates can choose the time for the entrance time. After that, click on confirm the slot booking and complete the booking process.

Step 5: Confirmation Page – A confirmation page appears on your screen where you can check your Name, Test centre, Date, Slot, etc.

What to carry on BITSAT 2025 Exam Day?

If a candidate fails to carry any of these documents, he/she will not be allowed to enter the exam hall and take the BITSAT Exam 2025. The following documents are accepted as valid photo ID proofs:

• Aadhaar card
• Voter ID card

• PAN Card
• Passport
• Admit card issued by the respective board for the board exam.

Apart from these, any other document issued by some competent authority that contains the candidate's photo would be treated as valid identity proof for BITSAT Exam 2025.
